This was a 25,000 sf design/build office and distribution facility for the T.R. Miller Co., Inc., of Walpole, Massachusetts. The custom-modified pre-engineered building package proved to be cost effective while meeting the free span requirements of the warehouse. Executive, sales and administration functions occupy the office area. A 5,000 sf mezzanine was constructed over the office to house a custom-designed showroom and facilitate future expansion. Drive in parcel delivery and tailboard docks were included along with metal halide hi-bay light fixtures, a summer ventilation system and extensive landscaping.
