Rader Properties, Inc.

This was the final phase of a master planned suburban office building development in Norwell, Massachusetts.  This was a typical two story 15,000 sf wood framed colonial style building.  The site allowed for a full basement which housed the elevator machine room and design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.  The granite and wood flooring, along with the open stair tower highlight the foyer and common lobby areas.  Each tenant had specific high end millwork requirements and above average finishes.
