This was an extensive alteration to Wakefield's 200,000 sf distribution facility in Danvers, Massachusetts. The original drive-in staging area was converted to eight new traditional tailboard shipping and receiving stations. Two special environmentally controlled storage rooms were constructed for specific customer needs. An office component was built complete with a training center and state of the art dispatch room. All asphalt areas were repaved and the entire building was repainted. Stone walls and landscaping were included.
