XPEDX, a division of International Paper purchased an existing 400,000 sf warehouse and constructed a ,mezzanine level to house two floors of executive, sales and administrative offices.  A ribbon window system was installed along with a two story glass block stair tower in the main lobby.  A large shipping and receiving area was created and additional loading dock doors were installed.  An extensive in-rack sprinkler system was installed in the warehouse to satisfy insurance requirements.
