| Massachusetts Sales Tax Exemption Progressive
Growers is required to collect Massachusetts sales tax on any
non-clothing items delivered within the Commonwealth, unless the
items are for agricultural production and customer has filed
Form ST-12.
Customers requesting an agricultural sales tax exemption
should complete a Form ST-12 and
fax it back to our office at 774-678-0373 prior to submitting
your order.
